Natasha Hastings is challenging you to Burnout with Gwee Gym
Burnout is a an intense, new workout program based on a track workout developed decades ago called “Speed play”. You may know it as High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT. It's not your average HIIT training though!
Burnout is a new style of training called Rapid Integral Performance Training, which gets you results by combining typical isolated moves with the Gwee Gym to produce compound movements, for an intense total body workout that continues burning calories hours after the workout is over.
