Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery unless you choose an upgraded shipping option at checkout.


60 Day Money Back Guarantee, Less S&H. If you aren't satisfied with your Gwee Gym within the first 60 days you own it, you are free to return it following the below instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping.


Your Gwee Gym carries a manufacturer guarantee for 1 year after you purchase the unit. If anything happens to it within this time frame, please call customer support at 866-420-4933 or send an email with a photo of the broken unit to and we'll take care of you.

If your Gwee Gym has broken after it's 1 year manufacturer warranty has expired, please still give us a call as we have special discount codes and offers to help you get it fixed or replaced. 

How To Return Your Gwee Gym

Our Gwee Gym, satisfaction guarantee, return policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, please call us to discuss the details of your return. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging or returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There should be a return address sticker on the bottom left of your packing slip* that has the above address and a bar code. Please place that sticker on the box  so the returns department can find your order number. Please also place a note in the box with your order number & that you would like a credit to your card. 

*If you no longer have your packing slip with the return address sticker and barcode, then you definitely need to place a note in the box with your name, order number and that you would like a credit to your card. Please mail the box to the address above. 

We do recommend you purchase tracking for the returned packages so you know when they've arrived at the returns department. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

Gwee Gym Refund Policy (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 week of the return being received at the returns department. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Sale items will be refunded at the sale price at which they were purchased.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
